Booking and availability calendar

Below you can see the current booking situation for the 3 rooms. Please keep in mind that
colour  green  refers to Room Bellavista,
colour  red     refers to Room Panoramica, and
colour  blue    refers to Room Tavernetta
colour  brown   means B&B not available on these dates
colour  fauve    indicates an Italian public holiday
If you want to book a room, please send us an e-mail stating

  • your name and address 
  • your email and telephone number
  • the name of the room/rooms that you'd like to book
  • whether you want the room/rooms for single or double occupancy
  • the date of arrival and the number of nights you'd like to stay

We'll send you a preliminary confirmation for your booking, normally the same day. We'll e-mail the final confirmation once we receive your advance payment (25% of the amount due).
You can make this payment by crediting our Bank Account or via Paypal, which also accepts credit cards.
You can pay the remaining balance:
a) up to 3 days before arrival (by crediting our Bank Account or via Paypal) or
b) upon your arrival (cash).
Please note that at La Serra we do not accept credit cards.


  • if  you need to change the terms of your booking after you've made your advance payment, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
  • if you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so up to 7 days prior to your planned arrival. In this case we'll refund the advance payment minus a cancellation fee of 20 €. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to date of arrival, we will not give a refund, unless we succeed to let the room to another guest for the nights in question. In this case we'll refund the advance payment minus a cancellation fee of 20 €.
  • to avoid the risk of losing your advance payment, we recommend you take holiday cancellation insurance.


Unless otherwise agreed with us, we expect you to check-in between 4 pm and 7 pm,
and to check-out before 11 am. If these time windows are a problem for you, please let us know and we'll do our best to accomodate your needs.
